Antiphellos Ancient City in Kas
This Lycian town has retained its original name although not much more of it remains other than a well preserved ancient theatre and Lycian rock tombs.

One of the most important ruins here is the Monument Tomb inscribed in Lycian, mounted on a high plinth and dates from the 4th century BC. The ancient theatre is 500m west of the main square; it dates from the 1st century, had a seating capacity for 4,000, and is the only one in Anatolia overlooking the sea.

Northeast of here is the house-style Kings Tomb that dates from the 4th century BC and is cut from the natural rock, it stands 3.5m high and is engraved with 24 dancing girls.

On the west side of the town near to Hastane Caddesi there are temple ruins that date back to the Roman period.
