Gulluk Bodrum

Gulluk Bodrum
This small harbour town is in the Milas district of Mugla ,north of Bodrum, and is rapidly growing as a popular tourist destination with a large range of facilities on offer and is a great place to come and escape from the crowds of Bodrum as it has maintained the atmosphere of fishing village.

Things to do in Gulluk

Gulluk sits between the Gulf of Mandalya
and Asin Cove and has a variety of restaurants, cafés and bars along its waterfront, there is a developing yacht marina and several beaches, and is a popular stopping point for the Blue Voyage cruises.
It is also popular for fishing as there are plenty of bluefish, grey mullet and especially eels which you will find on the menus of the local restaurants; there are also fish farms within many of the cove areas that have stocks of sea bream and sea bass.

Gulluk Gulet Building

Gulluk has the second largest gulet boat building facility in the country and its port is used by light freight ships, and for exporting mineral bauxite which can be seen being transported down to the harbour by trucks.

Getting to Gulluk
