Traditional Turkish (Fasil - Meyhane)

Turkbuku, or “St. Tropez of the Bodrum peninsula” just around the corner from Golkoy has lost its beach due to the quay expansion and swimming platforms are used instead. Mainly used by the rich and famous from Istanbul who come to moor their yachts and most of the accommodation available is for the upper end of the market being luxurious and expensive. The town’s restaurants are equally pricey but have an excellent reputation.
Together with Golkoy , Turkbuku is part of the Golturkbuku Municipality.

Places to Visit

There is a ruined church and partially collapsed rock tombs to see as points of interest.

Getting to Turkbuku

You can reach Turkbuku with the dolmus from Gundogan via Bodrum centre.
