Twelve kilometers further along the shore from Bebek is Sariyer. Noted for its milk pudding, börek (popular Turkish pastries) and sea food restaurants that sit around the quayside and within the daily fish market (one of Istanbul’s largest) and is recommended taking a leisurely lunch here.
