Bergama Museum Izmir
The museum is made up of two galleries surrounding an inner courtyard that has two halls. Exhibits displayed here date from the Early Bronze Age to Byzantine times and has objects from the Pergamon Sculpture School, archaic artefacts from Pitane and Gryneion and also terracotta pieces from Myrna. There are Hellenistic marble statues from the Pergamon Acropolis and other architectural works, reliefs, statues, glass objects, oil lamps and coins on a display.
In the ethnography section there are carpets, kilims, weavings, crafted works and handmade objects taken from local areas and from other regions in Turkey.
