This region is mostly known for, and makes its money from, light industry and agricultural trade but it does have two significant tourist centres that are located nearby and within its borders which are Dalyan 11km and Sarigerme 16km away.

The owners help to maintain the nests and the surrounding forestation and wetlands to ensure the area remains as natural as possible; they also serve very good food such as stuffed duck, baked lamb and many different kinds of kebabs.
