Out of all the places where you can hike, we would mainly advice the Lycian Way, which is known as the first official long distance trail. Lycian Way is conveniently located between Fethiye and Antalya ( St Paul Trail ), offering stunning views and a spectacular trekking through the Toros mountains . There are several tour operators operating on this route, and there are several hotels that you can stay at night.

 
You can also try Kackar Mountain, located parallel to the Black Sea. There are also tour operators offering trips to Kackar mountain. Erciyes and Hasan Mountains offer several trekking routes, especially popular during winter months. If you are planning to travel to the east side of the country, you can visit Suphan Dagi Mountain for mountaineering and hiking, located very close to Van Lake. Suphan Mountain is the second highest mountain in Turkey with 4434m height.
 
For those who love rock climbing, a good starting point would be Geyikbayiri, situated 25km west of Antalya
