2 large peeled and finely chopped Tomatoes
4 tablespoons finely chopped Parsley
2 finely chopped Spring Onions
1 deseeded and chopped Cubanelle or Long Green Pepper
1 small finely chopped Onion
4-5 tablespoon of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tablespoon of either Pomegranate Paste, Grenadine Syrup or Sumac
1 teaspoon of Dry Mint
½ teaspoon Red Chilli Pepper Flakes
Pinch of Salt
Pinch of Pepper
How to prepare
Combine all the ingredients in a serving bowl and set aside for 15 minutes to allowing flavours to come out.
This dish is usually served with kebabs.
