Fried Courgette with Yogurt Sauce
75gr of Flour
60ml of Milk
120ml of Sunflower Oil
1 crushed Garlic clove
2 tablespoons chopped Dill
Pinch of Salt
How to prepare
Partially peel the courgette making long stripes and then slice into rounds.
Place the courgette slices on a shallow plate cover with the milk and leave soaking for 20 minutes.
Remove the courgettes from the milk and dip them into the flour covering both sides.
Heat the oil and when its hot fry the courgette on both sides until light golden brown in colour.
When cooked drain on kitchen paper to remove any excess oil.
Arrange the slices on a plate and when they reach room temperature pour on the yogurt sauce.
