Carrots with Yogurt
1/2 kg of carrots
250 gr of Turkish yogurt
2 tablespoons of olive oil
2 cloves of garlic
Pinch of salt
How to prepare
Peel the carrots and grate them. Add a pinch of salt and olive oil.
Add the crushed garlic and yogurt and mix it very well.
Note: If you are abroad and can not find the Turkish yogurt (tastes different from European yogurts) from a Turkish market, then you can purchase the Greek yogurt.
