Courgette Salad with Yogurt
1kg of courgettes (zucchini squash)
250 gr Turkish yogurt
2 cloves of garlic
Bunch of dill
Pinch of salt
How to prepare
You can either grate the courgettes and boil them in salted water until they are cooked; or you can chop the courgettes into pieces, boil them in salted water until they are cooked, then mash them well with a fork.
Drain it well and put it in a serving plate.
Add the yogurt, crushed garlic, salt and chopped dill and mix it well.
