960ml of Milk
5 tablespoons of Cocoa Powder
169gr of Sugar
2 tablespoons of Corn Flour
4 tablespoon of Rice Flour
120ml of Water
1 packet of small Tea Biscuits (2 for each serving broken in half)

How to prepare

This recipe makes 6-7 servings
Place 4 halves of the biscuits in the bottom of each bowl.
Add the corn and rice flours to a pan and blend with a little water.
Now add the milk, sugar and cocoa stirring constantly on medium high heat.
When bubbles appear cook for 1 more minute constantly stirring.
Add to the mixture to the serving bowls.
Allow them to cool then place in the fridge.
Serve the dish cold as it is or with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
The Turkish name for this dish is Krem Sokola
