1080ml Milk
1 teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
225gr Sugar
150gr plain Flour
1 teaspoon of unsalted Butter
To decorate: chopped Pistachio Nuts, Shredded Coconut and Cinnamon

How to prepare

You will need a glass 2lt serving bowl.
Add the milk, flour, sugar and vanilla extract into a pan and stir constantly on a medium heat.
Add the butter and as soon as it starts to bubble boil for on more minute constantly stirring.
Remove from the heat and pour into a blender.
Blend for 15 minutes on a medium speed then pour into the serving bowl.
Allow it to cool for 1 hour, cover then place in the fridge.
Before serving sprinkle the top with pistachios, coconut and/or cinnamon
Serve cold as it is or with a scoop of ice cream.
The Turkish name for this dish is Yalanci Tavukgogsu
