Ingredients

For the pudding:
600ml of Milk
75gr of plain Flour
112gr of Sugar
1 teaspoon of unsalted Butter
1 teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
Also:
8 large Lady Fingers Biscuits in halves
180ml of Milk
5-6 tablespoon Strawberry Jam or Marmalade
To garnish:
2 tablespoons of Nutella or similar spread
1 tablespoon of Double Cream
Coconut Flakes, chopped Pistachio Nuts and Cinnamon Powder,

How to prepare

This recipe makes 4 servings.
Add all the pudding ingredients except the butter into a large pan.
Stir constantly on a medium heat and as soon as it bubbles add the butter.
Cook for one minute constantly stirring then remove from the heat.
Pour into a blender and blend on a medium speed for 7-8 minutes.
Soak two halves of the biscuits in milk and place them in each serving bowl.
Using half of the milk mixture pour it equally into the serving bowls.
Soak the remaining biscuits in milk and place them on top.
Spread the jam or marmalade evenly on the biscuits and pour on the remaining milk mixture.
Combine the Nutella and cream together and spoon on the top.
Allow them to cool for one hour then cover and place in the fridge to chill.
Before serving sprinkle the tops with the pistachio, coconut and cinnamon.
This dish also goes well with ice cream.
