1.5kg of pumpkin
1.5 glass of sugar
2 glasses of water
1 glass crushed walnuts

How to prepare

First peel the pumpkins, take out the seeds and cut the pumpkin in 3 cm thick slices.
Put them in a pan, spread the sugar over it and add the water.
Close the lid and cook for an hour on slow heat.
Let the pumpkins cool.
Put them in a serving plate, pour the syrup at the bottom of the pan over the pumpkins and sprinkle the crushed walnuts over it.
