Ingredients

500 gr coarse semolina
250 gr butter
2 tablespoons of pine nuts
3/4 lt of milk
2 glasses of sugar (480 gr)
Cinnamon

How to prepare

In a saucepan, melt the butter.
Add the pine nuts and semolina and stir constantly on medium heat for 20 minutes (until it gets brown)
Add the milk and lower the heat. Put the lid on and cook until the milk is absorbed. 
Add the sugar and mix well.
Turn off the heat and leave aside for an hour. 
Mix well.
You can either serve it as it is (like pilav rice style) or you can put it into a cup to form a shape.
