Tahini Helva Casserole
400gr plain Tahini Helva
80ml of Milk
1 teaspoon of Butter (room temperature)
How to prepare
Preheat the oven to 200˚C.
Use a knife to slice the helva then mash it with a fork whilst slowly incorporating the milk and butter.
Butter the inside of an earthenware pot and pour in the mixture.
Bake in the oven until the top turns a golden colour.
