Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms
Large White or Brown Mushrooms
Mozzarella Cheese cut in thick slices
Pinch of Salt
Pinch of Pepper
How to prepare
Preheat the oven to 230˚C.
Remove the stems from the mushrooms.
Season the mushrooms with salt and pepper and place in an oven proof dish.
Place the mozzarella slices over the mushrooms, sprinkle on the paprika and bake until the cheese has melted.
