How to prepare
Cut the cheese into 1cm slices and soak in spring water for 5 minutes.
Drain and dry them with kitchen paper.
Heat the oil in the pan and fry the cheese on both sides until golden brown.
To serve place them on a plate, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with oregano and crushed pepper.
The Turkish name for this dish is Hellim Peyniri
