1kg of fresh Potatoes
200gr grated or 250gr mashed Cheese
2 tablespoons of Flour
2 teaspoons of Salt
½ teaspoon of Pepper
160ml Sunflower Oil
How to prepare
Boil unpeeled potatoes for 20-25 minutes until tender.
Drain, peel then mash them.
Whilst still hot add the cheese, flour, eggs, salt and pepper.
Knead and mix well to make an even paste.
Make a walnut size ball of the paste in your palm and roll into a finger shape.
Sprinkle a tray with flour and place the potato fingers on it.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry until a golden brown colour.
