500gr Mutton Liver
2 heaped tablespoons of Flour
Chilli pepper
100ml of Vegetable or Olive Oil

How to prepare

Cut the liver into small pieces and place in a bowl.
Add the salt and chilli pepper and mix well.
Heat the oil in a pan until very hot.
Coat the liver with flour and fry them until cooked.
