Fried Red Mullet
1kg of Red Mullet
125gr of Flour
125ml of Frying Oil
Pinch of salt
How to prepare
Wash the already cleaned fish well and leave to drain on kitchen paper.
Sprinkle with salt and then coat in flour.
When the oil is very hot, fry the fish until they are golden brown and the skin becomes crispy.
Place on kitchen paper to drain off excess oil.
