2 medium chopped Onions
2 medium peeled and chopped Tomatoes
2 tablespoons of Butter
1 teaspoon of Salt
½ teaspoon of Pepper
150ml warm Water
How to prepare
This recipe makes 6 servings.
Heat the butter in a pan, add the meat and brown on a medium heat then remove.
Brown the onions in the same pan.
Add the meat, tomato, salt and pepper and water.
Cover with a lid and simmer for 2 hours until the meat becomes very tender.
