Chickpeas with Minced Beef
540ml tinned Chickpeas
3 tablespoons of Minced Beef
1 chopped Onion
2 tablespoons finely chopped Tomato
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
240ml of Warm Water
1 teaspoon of Cumin Powder
1 teaspoon of Salt
Pinch of Pepper
How to prepare
Lightly fry the onion and minced beef in a pan.
Add the rest of the ingredients.
Half cover the pan with the lid and cook on a medium heat for 10-15 minutes.
Serve hot with rice.
