250gr Lamb on the bone
2-3 tablespoon tinned chopped Tomato
1 chopped Spring Onion
1 teaspoon of fresh chopped Mint
1 tablespoon of Butter
240ml plus 180ml of Hot Water
Pinch of Salt
Pinch of Pepper
1 teaspoon of chopped Dill
How to prepare
Brown the lamb and then add the onion, 240ml of hot water and simmer until the lamb is tender.
Add the remaining ingredients.
Place the lid and cook for 10-15 minutes on a medium-low heat. Turn the heat off.
Sprinkle in the dill, stir and serve.
