Ingredients

Beef cut into thin strips
1 Tortilla or Lavas Flat Bread
1 full teaspoon of Butter
Pinch of Cumin
Pinch of Paprika (optional)
Pinch of Salt
Pinch of Pepper
To garnish:
Tomato diced small
½ small thinly sliced White Onion
1 tablespoon of Parsley
½ teaspoon Sumac or Lemon Pepper
Lemon Wedge

How to prepare

Mix the onion slices with salt and sumac or lemon pepper and set aside.
Fry the beef in a non stick pan on a medium heat
Add the butter and stir.
Place the bread on the beef, turn the heat off and leave for 2-3 minutes.
Season the beef with cumin, paprika (if using) salt and pepper and stir.
On a serving plate place the bread, then the beef on top add the onion next to it and top with the tomato and parsley.
Serve with the lemon wedge.
