200gr rinsed drained large grain Bulgar
480ml warm Chicken Stock
1 medium diced Onion
1 medium diced Tomato
1 Cubanelle or Green Pepper diced large
2 chopped Spring Onions
1 tablespoons of Butter
1 teaspoon of Salt
How to prepare
Melt the butter and lightly fry the onion.
Add the tomato, pepper, spring onion, salt and chicken stock.
Bring to a boil and stir in the bulgur.
Cover the pan and simmer stirring occasionally until the water has evaporated.
