Pilaf with Tomato
200gr rinsed and drained Rice
1 large grated Tomato
1 tablespoon of Butter
Pinch of Salt
How to prepare
Add enough water to the grated tomato to give you a quantity of 480ml.
Place the mixture in a pan along with the butter and salt.
Bring it to a boil and add the rice.
Cook on low heat with the lid half on and near the end of cooking time when holes appear in the rice occasionally give it a stir.
When all the liquid has evaporated the rice is ready.
