Pilav Rice with Vermicelli
1 large glass of Baldo Rice
2 handfuls of Vermicelli
1 tablespoon of Butter
1 teaspoon of Salt
Beef or Chicken Stock (optional)
How to prepare
Wash the rice in a sieve.
Melt the butter in a pan, add the vermicelli and keep stirring until they are brown. Add the rice and keep on stirring for a further 2-3 minutes.
Add 1.5 glass of room temperature water (for every glass of rice you use you need to add 1.5 glasses of water).
Add the salt and the stock.
Turn the heat to a minimum and cook for approx. 20 minutes.
