Rice with Vegetables
100gr of Rice
2 tablespoons of Butter
1 peeled diced and cooked Carrot
50gr of cooked Peas
50gr of cooked Corn
(Alternively use tinned vegetables)
How to prepare
Melt the butter in a pan and add the rice, stir for 1-2 minutes then add 250ml of water.
Add a pinch of salt, chicken stock and the vegetables.
Let this cook for approx. 20 minutes until all the water has evaporated.
Allow it to rest for 15 minutes before serving.
