Chicken Kebab with Yogurt Sauce


½ Ready- made Barbecued Chicken
2 lightly toasted Naan or Pitta Bread cut into bite sized pieces
2 tablespoons of Butter
For Tomato Sauce:
3 tablespoons of tinned chopped Tomato
For Garlic Yogurt Sauce:
5 tablespoons of Yogurt at room temperature
1-2 cloves of Garlic cloves crushed  with salt
For Red Pepper Sauce:
2 tablespoons of Butter
1 teaspoon of Paprika

How to prepare

This recipe will make 2 kebabs
Discard the skin and bone from the chicken and pull apart the meat.
Heat the tomato and simmer for 4-5 minutes.
Place the lightly toasted bread pieces on a serving plate.
Lay the chicken over the bread then add spoonfuls of the tomato and garlic yogurt sauces.
Melt the butter add the paprika and as soon as it bubbles pour over the chicken.
Immediately serve while hot
The Turkish name for this dish is Yogurtlu Tavuk Kebabi
