500gr minced Chicken Breast
1 beaten Egg
1 grated Onion
2 tablespoons of Breadcrumbs
1 dessert spoon of Corn Starch
1 teaspoon of Baking Soda
1 tablespoon finely chopped Parsley
1 tablespoon of Olive Oil
Pinch of Cumin, Salt & Pepper
Oil for Frying
How to prepare
Use a food processor to mince the chicken breasts.
Add the onion to a bowl and mix in the chicken and all other ingredients except the frying oil and mix well with your hands.
Form the mixture into balls to whatever size you require.
Heat the oil until it is very hot and fry the balls until golden brown.
