Chicken Soup with Vermicelli
1 Chicken Breast fillet diced in small pieces
1 finely chopped Onion
170gr of Vermicelli
720ml of Chicken Stock
1 tablespoon of Butter
Pinch of Salt
Pinch of Pepper
Wedges of Lemon
How to prepare
In a medium sized pan lightly fry the onion with butter for 5 minutes.
Add the chicken and continue to stir until it browns.
Add the stock, vermicelli, salt and pepper and bring to a boil.
Turn the heat to low and simmer until the chicken and vermicelli are tender.
Serve the soup hot with the lemon wedges.
