Dried Curds or Tarhana Soup
3 heaped tablespoons of Tarhana (Dried Curds with Flour)
1.25lt of Water or Meat Stock
1 tablespoon of Tomato Paste
1 tablespoon of Butter or Margarine
Pinch of Salt
Pinch of Dried Mint
Pinch of Chilli Powder
How to prepare
Melt the butter or margarine in a pan an stir in the tomato paste.
Add the water or stock.
Add the chilli powder, dried mint and salt.
Allow the mix to simmer for 15-20 minutes.
