60gr of melted unsalted Butter
112.5gr of Sugar
120ml of Milk
4-5 heaped tablespoons of Cocoa Powder
35gr of lightly toasted and chopped Hazelnuts (optional)
300gr thin plain Tea Biscuits
How to prepare
Using a spoon combine all the ingredients in large bowl except the biscuits.
Break the biscuits into small pieces and then add and blend into the mixture.
Use a 50cm long piece of tinfoil and place the mixture in the centre and shape it into a log-like form with a spoon.
Fold the tin foil tightly over the long edges followed by the ends and mould it with your hands.
Place it in the freezer for at least 2 hours.
Serve it cold in 2.5cm slices and replace any remaining cake back in the freezer.
