250gr of unsalted Butter (room temperature)
112.5gr Icing Sugar
1 teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
300gr of plain Flour
½ teaspoon of Baking Powder
113gr Icing Sugar

How to prepare

This recipe makes approx. 18-20 Shortbread.
Preheat the oven to 190˚C.
Cream the sugar and vanilla with the butter, then slowly add the flour and baking powder blending well.
Using your hands make small golf balls and place them on an oven tray lined with parchment paper and bake for approx. 25 minutes.
Remove from the oven and immediately sprinkle with icing sugar using a small sieve.
