720gr of Flour
2 Eggs
50gr of Butter
250ml of Water
3 teaspoons of Sugar
1 teaspoon of Salt
1 tablespoon of Yeast
Sesame Seeds
Black Cumin Seeds

How to prepare

Preheat the oven to 200˚C.
In a small bowl add the yeast, water and one teaspoon of sugar and allow to rise.
In a seperate bowl, add the flour, the remaining sugar and salt and mix together. 
Add the yeast mixture and one egg, mix well and set aside for 30 minutes.
Take small pieces of the dough, flatten with your hands, place on a flat surface and brush the middle with butter.
Roll the dough pieces up (like a cigarette) and leave them to stand for 15 minutes.
Form the rolled dough into circle shapes brush with egg yolk and sprinkle on the sesame and cumin seeds then set aside for a further 20 minutes. 
Place in the oven and bake until the tops are a golden brown colour.
