1 sheets of Filo Pastry
2-3 tablespoons of melted Butter
60ml of Sunflower Oil
How to prepare
Vertically place the sheet of pastry, brush it with butter and fold into 3 layers.
Cut the sheet into 4 rounds with a 7.5cm wide cookie cutter and brush the tops with butter.
Heat the oil in a large fry pan to a medium heat and fry the rounds on both sides.
When they are a light golden colour remove and drain on kitchen paper to drain any excess oil.
Place them on top of each other and sprinkle the top with granulated sugar.
