Feta Cheese Pie
1 frozen Short-crust Pastry Pie shell
For the filling:
1 thinly sliced medium sized Onion
200gr of crumbled Feta Cheese
3 or 4 chopped Sun Dried Tomatoes
1-2 sliced cloves of Garlic
2 tablespoons of chopped Dill
1 teaspoon of Butter
1 teaspoon of Peppercorns
240ml of Milk
How to prepare
Preheat the oven to 176˚C.
Lightly fry the onion in butter until it begins to turn light brown.
Add the garlic and when it releases its aroma turn off the heat.
Place the onion mix on the pastry shell.
Spread on top of the onions the cheese, dill, peppercorns and sun dried tomato.
Whisk together the egg and milk until combined and then the pour the mixture all over.
Bake for 35-40 minutes.
